Purple Mountain Barnwood and Hickory Two Drawer Writing Desk
Purple Mountain Barnwood and Hickory Two Drawer Writing Desk
The Purple Mountain Barnwood and Hickory Two Drawer Writing Desk sets a reclaimed barnwood top on bark-on hickory log legs. The red oak comes from 1800s tobacco barns, and every board shows its own weathered history. Two dovetailed drawers glide on soft-close, full-extension slides for pens, papers, and chargers. Choose an Artisan Top with original saw marks or a planed-smooth Antique Oak Top that wipes clean with ease. At 50 inches wide, it is handcrafted in the USA. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from reclaimed barnwood and natural hickory logs, the desk you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Reclaimed oak shows nail holes, saw marks, and color variation from its years as barn siding, and bark-on hickory varies in texture and tone. These variations are inherent to authentic reclaimed construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
