Shipping and Handling:
We ship out all in stock products within 5 business days. Products that are shipped from the manufacturer will be stated along with the expected shipping time. We only ship domestically in the United States. Free shipping applies to any of the lower 48 in the United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated at checkout and free shipping does not apply to these zones.
The Cabin Shack website and all transactions are secured. Transactions are secured through Shopify Payments and PayPal Checkout.
An item can be returned within 14 days from when the item was delivered to your home, per the tracking number.
If you are not satisfied or have a defective item, we just ask you that you return the item in its original packing. We will pay for the shipping costs for any defective or damaged items. You are responsible for shipping charges for undamaged items that you are not satisfied with. You will receive a full refund once the item is returned to The Cabin Shack. We will ask for a tracking number to help ensure there is no liability on your end once you ship the package back to our warehouse. If the item is damaged or defective, we will ship you a new item out immediately or refund you 100% of your purchase.
Checkout and Cancellation of Items:
The Cabin Shack reserves the right to cancel any order, in which we will immediately refund your purchase. We will provide you in writing the reason as to why your purchase was refunded.
