No Hassle Return Policy:
We have a no hassle 14 day return policy on all items from the time the shipment was delivered. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Unsatisfied Customers - If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the order back to The Cabin Shack and we will refund you in full, excluding the shipping charges. We just ask that you place the item in it's original packing.
Damaged Items - If any item is damaged, we will refund you in full or send you a new item out right away. You let us know what you want to do. We just need to be notified within 5 days of receiving the damaged item from the time it was received.
