McHenrys Peak Cedar Log Blanket Chest
McHenrys Peak Cedar Log Blanket Chest
The McHenrys Peak Cedar Log Blanket Chest keeps quilts and throws close at hand at the foot of the bed or in an entryway. Its lid opens on non-slamming hinges, so it closes gently every time. An aromatic cedar bottom freshens linens and adds to its heirloom quality. At 42 inches wide and 18 inches tall, it also makes a handy seat for pulling on boots. Each chest is handcrafted in the USA from northern white cedar in four stains. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Available Finish Options
- Natural: Light, warm cedar tone showcasing the wood’s natural color
- Coffee: Rich medium-brown finish with warm undertones
- Vintage: Soft, aged appearance with subtle depth and character
- Weathered: Muted gray-brown tone for a timeworn, lodge-inspired look
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from natural logs, the chest you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Due to the natural characteristics of cedar log furniture, finish tones may appear similar across Natural, Coffee, Vintage, and Weathered options. Stain absorption varies based on log grain, knots, and hand-peeled texture, resulting in subtle differences rather than dramatic color changes. These variations are inherent to authentic log construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
