Hermit Peak Cedar Log File Desk
Hermit Peak Cedar Log File Desk
The Hermit Peak Cedar Log File Desk keeps a cabin home office organized with a full file drawer built right in. Hand-peeled northern white cedar logs frame a solid cedar desk with natural knots and grain. Dovetailed drawers glide on soft-close, full-extension slides, and the bottom drawer holds hanging letter or legal folders. Choose the file drawer on the right or left side, plus a Standard, Armor, or glossy Liquid Glass top finish. At 60 inches wide, it is handcrafted in the USA in four stain finishes. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Available Finish Options
- Natural: Light, warm cedar tone showcasing the wood’s natural color
- Coffee: Rich medium-brown finish with warm undertones
- Vintage: Soft, aged appearance with subtle depth and character
- Weathered: Muted gray-brown tone for a timeworn, lodge-inspired look
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from natural logs, the desk you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Due to the natural characteristics of cedar log furniture, finish tones may appear similar across Natural, Coffee, Vintage, and Weathered options. Stain absorption varies based on log grain, knots, and hand-peeled texture, resulting in subtle differences rather than dramatic color changes. These variations are inherent to authentic log construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
