Mount Chiquita Reclaimed Barnwood Blanket Chest
Mount Chiquita Reclaimed Barnwood Blanket Chest
The Mount Chiquita Reclaimed Barnwood Blanket Chest adds rustic storage and extra seating to the foot of a bed, an entryway, or a mudroom. It is built from authentic red oak salvaged from 1800s tobacco barns, full of weathered grain and original character. Non-slamming hinges lower the lid gently, and an aromatic cedar bottom keeps quilts and linens fresh. Choose a solid barnwood top or an upholstered cushion top in fabric or leather for a comfortable bench seat. Handcrafted in the USA, it measures 42 inches wide and pairs with our reclaimed barnwood beds. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from authentic reclaimed barnwood, the blanket chest you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Reclaimed oak shows nail holes, saw marks, and natural color variation from its years as barn siding, so no two pieces look exactly alike. These variations are inherent to authentic reclaimed construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed. For upholstered tops, our team will contact you after you order to confirm your fabric or leather selection.
