Atlantic Peak Barnwood Blanket Chest
Atlantic Peak Barnwood Blanket Chest
The Atlantic Peak Barnwood Blanket Chest pairs authentic reclaimed red oak from 1800s tobacco barns with bark-on hickory log corner posts. Every board carries its own history in the form of weathered grain, nail holes, and rich variations in color. Non-slamming hinges let the lid close gently, while an aromatic cedar bottom keeps blankets, quilts, and linens fresh. At 42 inches wide and 18 inches tall, it fits neatly at the foot of a bed or beneath a window as extra seating and storage. Handcrafted in the USA, it coordinates with our reclaimed barnwood beds and nightstands. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from reclaimed barnwood and natural hickory logs, the blanket chest you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Reclaimed oak shows nail holes, saw marks, and color variation from its years as barn siding, and bark-on hickory varies in texture and tone. These variations are inherent to authentic reclaimed construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
