Mount Oxford Hickory Log Platform Bed
Mount Oxford Hickory Log Platform Bed
The Mount Oxford Hickory Log Platform Bed sets a classic bark-on hickory spindle headboard above a low, solid hardwood platform base for a clean take on traditional log furniture. Dense, durable hickory logs give the 53-inch headboard natural bark texture and rugged mountain character. Built-in slats support your mattress without a box spring, keeping the profile low and easy to style in cabin, lodge, or guest bedrooms. Each platform bed is handcrafted to order in the USA, so the bark pattern and log shapes are unique to your piece. Choose Twin through California King and pick from five platform finishes to match your rustic decor. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Available Finish Options
- Natural: Light golden hardwood tone under a clear protective finish
- Cinnamon: Warm reddish-amber tone with bright, lively grain
- Cognac: Soft medium brown with subtle warmth and visible grain
- Espresso: Deep, rich brown with reddish undertones
- Slate: Weathered gray-brown tone for a timeworn lodge look
Important Note
Because every piece is handcrafted from natural logs, the bed you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Hickory logs are left bark-on, so log diameter, bark texture, and coloring vary from piece to piece. Your stain selection applies to the hardwood platform base, and stain tones may vary slightly with the natural grain of the wood. These variations are inherent to authentic log construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
