The Mount Evans Pine Cottage Bed borrows the classic X-brace of a barn door for a headboard and footboard full of rustic farmhouse charm. Solid pine timbers with a circle-sawn texture give it the hand-built character of true cabin furniture. Choose a light stain for the panels and a darker one for the frame to make the barn door pattern stand out, or keep it all one color. The 60-inch headboard and 23-inch footboard are joined by full-length solid wood side rails for lasting strength. Center support, slats, and hardware come included in Twin through California King. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Available Finish Options
Choose any of these six stains for the panel and frame:
- Charcoal: Deep charcoal black with smoky depth across the circle-sawn texture
- Coffee: Rich reddish-brown with warm undertones
- Slate: Dark blue-gray for a cool, modern rustic look
- Stone: Soft weathered gray with warm tan highlights
- Wheat: Warm golden brown with light highlights in the grain
- Whitewash: Light, white-washed finish that brightens the room

Because every piece is handcrafted from solid pine with a circle-sawn texture, the bed you receive will not be the exact one pictured, but it will closely match the photos in design, materials, and the dimensions listed. Pine knots, grain, and saw marks vary from board to board, and stain absorbs differently across the circle-sawn surface, so colors can vary slightly from the swatches. Photos may show a different stain combination than the one you choose. These variations are inherent to solid wood construction and are not considered defects. All dimensions and structural specifications are exact as listed.
